Location was perfect. 10 min walk to Isola Bella and right next to it the gondola to get to the centre.

The parking costs 20€ per night, the car is then parked by an employee, one does not know where and how. I don't think that's ok for this price and above all it's a bit laborious. The rooms are getting on in years. The WLAN unfortunately also worked rather badly than properly. We have no comparison to other hotels in Taormina or Sicily, but this hotel did not convince us.

Great sea view and 'starry sky' lighting is a great idea. (suite). Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit.

The only negative point would be missing sunshades on terrace/balcony and at the pool.

The breakfast advertise as american breakfast it was not All we had all the days we where there we had scrambled eggs and bacon every day Last morning it was only continentle breakfast.All of thehotel.needs refurbishing

Hotel is situated very close to the beach i.e Isola Bella and to the centre

Room was not enough cleaned ; fridge was not working well; lift was not working properly; as a view from our room we only had a building infront of our window not a sea view as promised; there was no variety on breakfast

Excellent swimming pool but it is a pity it is closed at 7 pm. For a holiday place it is also a pity breakfast is only up to 9.30 am. The room was not cleaned until after 6 pm each day. Good position near cable car up to Taormina.

Reported the tv twice but it never worked. Outside lift very slow, old and usually not working because the door was left open. When reported the staff did nothing about it.

I feel the advertizement on Booking .com for this hotel was not exactly correct. I asked if there was a gym at the hotel and was told that it DID have a gym. When we arrived at the hotel...no gym! Staff was helpful, especially Daniella who was on the desk. Hotel provide no tours of the area..,.,we were told we were too early, but they did not make any other suggestions regarding taking tours or hiring a guide. I would not stay at this hotel again but is was adequate. Also, I was told the hotel offered a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, but no one got back to me regarding the shuttle service and we were departing within a few hours of booking.

Good location, reception staff friendly (shame the same could not be said for the catering staff), clean, modern, spacious room, note that we paid extra for a superior room. We didn't use the pool. though it is a good size and looked clean.

We booked this hotel through this site as part of a tour of Sicily. Our superior room was spacious, though we didn't need two TVs or the 'star effect' spangly lights above the bed, they would have been better of spending the money on catering (see below). The breakfast was the worst we've experienced in any hotel. The coffee was undrinkable, the water for tea only luke warm. Food quality poor, fruit juice tasted like it was re-constituted from a powder. Hotel full of package holiday groups, breakfast like a big bun fight. We stayed 3 nights and ended up having breakfast outside the hotel it was so poor. Locks broken on the toilets downstairs plus rarely any toilet paper. This is a 2* package holiday hotel pretending to be 4*.

Modern rooms, bottle of sparkling wine as a compliment

Two major problems: on the map in Booked.net the hotel is located in a wrong place. So I spent 1 hour walking at +35 Celsius trying to locate the hotel. I am 60 by the way. The hotel does not care that it cannot be found by its guests. The second problem is the staff - my grandson was staying at the nearby hotel with his parents and I was not allowed to keep him at my room for a night to leave his parents alone. It was done in an unpleasant manner, without respect, though I paid 700 euros for 3 nights to these people.
